HBH Member Receives Award at 2009 CBJ Green Awards

Cobalt DBS (formally Painted Plum Building Solutions, a HBH Builder Member since May 8, 2008) received the Green Land Development Project of the Year award at the 2009 Charlotte Business Journal's Green Awards. The awards ceremony and exposition was held April 15, 2009.

The green land development project that earned Cobalt DBS the award is the Element Homes on Craig Avenue Development in Charlotte, NC. Five of the homes in the development received HBH Certification on April 8, 2009.
